What steps have you taken to validate the market?
Celebees founders were working in the IT sector for the last 25 years and with our personal experience running our own IT company. Also with our vast knowledge about the celebrations in IT industry and other industries we did a deep study before starting the startup. Also as we are running a growth hacking companies we had done many surveys and analytics campaigns to understand the sentiments of the users in the regions about this gap in the industry.

When our Competitor focus on daily meals and small ticket size, we purely focusing on celebrations and parties. Our each ticket size starts from USD 50 to USD 1500+ in which our delivery charges will be very reasonable for us considering our high ticket size, but our competitor suffers mainly on delivery charges when they deal with small ticket size.
Who are your competitors and how are you different?
Masala Box & Dineups is our direct competitor. When our Competitor focuses on daily meals and small ticket sizes, we purely focusing on celebrations and parties. Our each ticket size starts from USD 50 to USD 1500+ in which our delivery charges will be very reasonable for us considering our high ticket size, but our competitor suffers mainly on delivery charges when they deal with small ticket size. We also believe the food industry everyone has its own space.
What progress have you made in the last six months?
We had started Celebees journey from July 24th 2019 and we finished our 1st quarter with a revenue of 6.8 Lakhs per quarter, with monthly revenue of 2.25 lakhs per month. Our early tractions seem to be very promising with 800+ app downloads, 150+ parties, 3100+ meals booked, 700+ home chefs joined in the Celebees network, 81% recurring users and half a million+ user engagements thru social media. We had been recognized by many frontend media like Indian Express, Mathrubhumi, Future Kerala etc
What is your monthly growth rate?
We had an amazing start and did really good numbers in the 1st quarter. As per our initial traction, we believe we can do at least 15 to 20% growth rate easily for each month.
