This week has been a roller coaster ride.Almost all project s wherein a scope of work was finalized n were working on towards completion of milestone 1 n movement towards step 2 has seen reduction in project scope This has clearly defined the three main modalities of project .The client the stakeholders the consultant s n vendors n the financial inputs towards projects we undertake the financial inputs are changing rapidly over time .yes the banks n financial advisory used to be ever present but there use to be risk taker as in developer who would raise finance s. Now that feature had largely dissapered from the microsystem .with the current ecosystem new modules have to be developed necessity.Hence we see our role as techno legal n financial consultancy. We do also understand that we need financial study understanding mentoring n implementation .Towards this we are looking at collabration n mentorship from platform s as yours.
