Business

Customer acquisition strategy
The primary method that I will use, also am using currently because it's the cheapest is the word of mouth.
I will acquire customers through social media advertisement, to be precise using Facebook Ads and groups of like-minded people e.g "Pitch Your Startup/Saas" group which am already part of.
I will be answering relevant Quora questions with the focus on the "freelancer" keyword and direct the traffic to Easyhire website.
Revenue model
Easyhire will make money through two income streams, which are commission fees and premium subscriptions.
Easyhire will charge a percentage fee for every successful transaction we facilitate. More precisely, freelancers will be charged a 10 % fee depending on the amount they have billed with a client.
