Recently, Pakistan has launched its Electric Vehicle policy which will enable the local automotive industry to incorporate more and more EV cars and trucks. Due to absence of local charging stations, we are pitching to provide Energy Security for commuters on motorways. We have proprietary (which is exclusive) technology to run our plan.

Why do you want to attend this program?
I have a great mentor Mr. Majid Mehmood who inspired me to register my startup in a similar repository. Among 8 different countrise that I visited for research in RE, I find Turkey with closest distinction to my company vision and conformance for expansion.
Describe the problem you are solving
We are pitching to attract idea patent for mobile vans that will charge the EVs on spot using unique scheme of green portable grid network.
How are your customers solving that problem today?
There is a huge gap, there are very selected charging stations as of today, in fact in Pakistan, none. Usually, the potential customer modify the car chargers to bring compatibility with home grid thereby decreasing the life span of battery or keep portable battery banks charged from local power outlets (which are hazard in themselves).

What is your revenue model or expected revenue model?
We are relying on rental model for local service a pay per usage tariff. Plus, we focus to cater subscription based priority services.
More so, we have a fall back plan to provide rental electricity which is green ( for concerts, hospitals, marriage events) and FOC as a CSR and marketing initiative at times of catastrophe.

What steps have you taken to validate the market?
Waiting till a larger player comes and does the research. According to a latest research, our competitor has announced to use the same solar technology for inbuilt charging of their vehicles.

This concept is new; however, some similar looking projects. Today companies like Tesla by Elon Musk are looking along the lines to come up with built in compatibility with their cyber trucks. We are different because it is not the car that will go to the station (conventional or RE based) but our servicing trucks are accessible and on the ground all the time with multiple cars getting charged at any instance in time. Eventually expanding to EU markets with the help of local partners like TOGG.
Who are your competitors and how are you different?
We conceived the idea as late as 2014 and lacked resources for patent. They intend to provide fixed stations whereas we are striving for portable charging stations. We do not restrict ourselves to EV Charging.
What progress have you made in the last six months?
We have configured setups that are more than prototypes for helping us achieve what we say is required.

There are heavy-diesel fueled generator sets which are rented in accordance to energy demands. They are evaluated at least four times our purposed per unit selling rate. Each Green Charge Point costs around 8 cents including dispatch and will be discharged at 15 cents exclusive of value added taxes. We have a sustainable investment plan to increase number of Solar Power Battery Bank vehicles that will be rented in terms of Power needs and number of hours. This is a Green Energy project.

We have successfully built Turkish supply-chain partnership for Solar Microstring inverters and artificial intelligence integration tools to make this possible. We have a thriving business in Pakistan and look forward to expand to EU market courtesy the Turkey's friendly ease of doing business policies where we can chip in after carefully going through this activity.

Afterall we are all in to break the oil lobby. We intend to get acquired by energy industry giants like BP or any good Electric Car manufacturer Türkiye’nin Otomobili per say, however, the design patent concept is worth a million dollar incentive.
