Describe the problem you are solving
We replace the traditional rental property model, which involved real-estate agent, high commission, deposit fees, and unsecured tenant profile, by offering through our web platform a new different way for landlord to rent-out their house to secure tenants checked and verified by RentRovi. Offering them a free house insurance in replacement of the deposit that we remove. For tenants we give them possibility to rent with less commission and no deposit.
How are your customers solving that problem today?
The problem is not beeing solved today, cause customers are still using the traditional dynamics including:
- real-estate agent = high commission
- at least a 2 months deposit (that the landlord usually don't want to give back)
- insecure tenants profile (tenant leaving without paying last rents sometimes)

Our biggest competitor is Quintoandar from Brazil. They have a similar dynamic like us. They are not yet global but they became a unicorn startup in September 2019 after a total investment of $350M USD.
