Messenger can not be used to trade and earn money.
User boring because of lack of innovation in messenger.
How are your customers solving that problem today?
Telpon provides alternative communication way where user can interact freely for chat, call, and video calls and they can be trader and get fresh by accessing movie, course, music, and game.
Target custormers - Define customers, who are they
Indonesian people and worldwide community
How do you plan to acquire customers?
MLM network (800k members), ads, bonuses, scholarship, best deal, etc.
What is your revenue model or expected revenue model?
A: Paid listing (premium, highlight, push ads) using top-up account credit.
B: Commission per transaction if user using escrow account for transaction (i.e. 0,05% per transaction).
C: Telmoney (e-money of Telpon).
D: Merchants (gold, silver, bronze).
E: Big data gathering. Market research.
F: Commission from Shipping courier.
G: Income from daily services such as electricity bills, phone and internet credit, etc. We buy bulk package from provider and then sell it to user as retail service

Whatasapp,Kiwari,hiapp do not have marketplace and entertain module. They focus on messenger. While we have marketplace, daily bills payment and entertain (game and movie online).
Whatsapp, Kiwari and hiapp has limited member in a group while we can accept 1 millions member in one group.
Kiwari and hiapp has limited broadcast list, while we provide 1 millions list which can accept broadcast message.
Bukalapak does not have messenger with free video calls for user, while we have them all.
Who are your competitors and how are you different?
Kiwari is chatbot with many functions.
Telpon is different because Telpon offers marketplace with payment options and other benefits for user.

We have just processed the legal brand of Telpon in Indonesian government official and its going good. We have registered "Telpon" brand name.
