1. Complete crop wise consultancy, main focus on cash crop.
2. Online platform for agri input as well as farm produce.

Creating 100K data base in next one year. Farmer Acquisition by FM, Soil Health Camp etc.
1. Off Line acquisition of Customers by- BTL Activities, Print Ads, Sponsorship, Farmer Camps, Hoardings etc.
2. On Line acquisition of Customers by-Social Media- Fb, Insta, Blogs, TV Ads, On line farmer Seminars. etc.
What is your revenue model or expected revenue model?
Main business of Farm Haat is consultancy with supply of Agri-input so consultancy is free and revenue will be generated through sale of Agri-input. Farm Haat is Planning to acquire 10000 Farmers in next one year with purchase of Rs. 10000/ so that revenue is generated Rs. 10,00,00,000/- if we calculated 10% of profit from revenue then we can expect Rs. 1,00,00,000/- with before tax in first year.
What is your target market?
My target market is rural areas where farming is main occupation, Farmer is main customer.

What steps have you taken to validate the market?
I have launched fully functional website and farmers/customers are visited and make purchase through it. website is visible in google search with good ranking.

Who are your competitors and how are you different?
Our main competitor is big haat but its in not available in my geography and I have 14 years of rich experience of Crop Protection with different crops and almost in all geography of India.
Second thing which can be differentiate my startup with others, all other founders are from non-agriculture background which give the winning edge to my startup.
What progress have you made in the last six months?
I have taken all mandatory licenses from government, fully functional website and mobile app developed, Pilot project successfully run with more than 200 farmers.
How many customers/users do you currently have?
More Than 200 of our customers because of limited service but it can be replicate very fast upto 10000 farmers with three months
What is your monthly growth rate?
Due to testing phase growth rate is not measured but my target is to acquire 10000 Farmers in next one year with purchase of Rs. 10000/ so that revenue is generated Rs. 10,00,00,000/-
