Elevator pitch
The high use of firewood and kerosene in Nigeria can be replaced with the use of biogas which will used for cooking especially in the rural areas. I intend having 1500 cows supplying dungs for my biogas plant in every locality in Nigeria which is very much cheap and co-friendly.

Describe the problem you are solving
Despite high health risks(93,000 women die annually) in Nigeria. Over 100million Nigeria household still depend on firewood and kerosene as a source of energy for cooking. According to the research made by FAO in Nigeria. 400,000 hectares of trees are brought down annually and Nigeria generate more than 32millions tons of wastes annually especially in the less developed or average communities in both the rural and urban areas
How are your customers solving that problem today?
Within a very short period of my company, my customers especially in the rural communities and farms with the cattle herdsmen have supported my company in providing all poultry wastes and cow dungs for the production of the biogas. This has been a major source of encouragement for me and surely within the next 10years, we will have over 10million customers scattered
in the whole country and supporting the the co-biogas company which could make every street clean and conducive.

What is your target market?
Every communities in Oyo state and all Western and Eastern States.
We are very much sure that the recent governor of our state (Engr Seyi Makinde) will be a full legal support of this business in Oyo state. All rural communities and farmers in all parts of Nigeria will be our market (Customers).
The Farmers association of Oyo state in Nigeria are planning a seminar for us.

What steps have you taken to validate the market?
We personally took a survey around every communities in Oyo state(IBADAN), the largest city in west Africa. And we got a very much positive response from the market especially due to the fact that it is going to be cheap and less harmful. We are targeting over 2 million customers in Nigeria which is very much possible especially in the local communities

Gasland: They produce LPG to citizens in Nigeria which is a very highly flammable gas and recently there was a gas explosion in Nigeria that claimed a lot of lives and buildings in Lagos state, Nigeria..
Firewood sellers: Lot of trees are cut down daily. Women especially in the rural communities uses this for cooking and this has really killed a lot of women annually due to inhalation of the smoke emitted from this wood used for cooking causing lung cancer
Who are your competitors and how are you different?
My competitor is a LPG gas wholesale and retail distributor. But what makes my company really unique and different is 1) Much less cheaper. 2) Eco-friendly. 3) Less harmful unlike the LPG gas that has caused a lot of explosion and destruction. 4) A closed business, every sector of this business will enhance a lot of business growth in this country. Example is the fertilizer gotten from the bio gas digester that will be sold at a cheaper price and to encourage a lot of farmers in farming

What progress have you made in the last six months?
Within the last 6months has been a kind of Joy within me in this business. I have been innovative in building different home digesters. We personally installed biogas digesters in homes. We made more research on the cow dungs conversion to biogas. We love field work not theoretical work. We have really made a lot of progress in this field.
How many customers/users do you currently have?
Within 2-3months, I had 10 customers and the awareness was done by a customer who is into Agriculture.

My first monthly growth rate was 87.6% My second monthly growth rate was 99.9% There will be over a 100% growth rate in the next 1-2 years
Describe traction
With the outbreak of the covid-19 in the world system, the market of our competitors will increase. With this avenue, we would be having a very strong B2C and B2B partnership with various bodies.
Also we would be having a very strong and organized media that would propel our company, especially with great models in Nigeria.
We are going on a geometric Progression rather than an Arithmetic progression every month due to research and improvement daily.
We intend to have marketers that will be going home to home advertising our company. And every month, the marketer with the highest customers will be awarded a prize.
It is going to be a real and enjoyable business.
By the next 3years in Nigeria, we will be having over 20gas plants in communities covering almost the whole western part of Nigeria with over 20million customers.
