Have you ever removed a game because it was too easy then you see it's too hard for someone? It happens very much! Game balance strives to create right challenge for right player in the right time, but often there's no general solution. We want to use machine learning techniques and leverage huge amount of data from game telemetry to create a dynamic system and unique experience for each player.

Why do you want to attend this program?
We are looking for opportunities to relocate our startup to grow our business in the global market. Iran is under the U.S sanctions so we can't work on the global market and we have to relocate our business. We are looking for investors and some help to doing this.
Describe the problem you are solving
Living in the current situation of emerging stress and everyday preoccupation requires tools that help to relieve the pain we always carry. Our solution is to incorporate the latest discovered tools of machine learning to understand players and their situation and create very powerful and unique wormholes toward getting out of the overwhelming world of reality.
How are your customers solving that problem today?
Doing recreational activities including playing mobile games. Yet, playing can not help sometimes or can even make things worse by making faults due to over-generalized assumptions about different people and different situations. For example, the mistake of creating too much loss in a game can add to the pain while the mistake of putting too much reward can result in boredom and wandering mind.

What is your revenue model or expected revenue model?
For now, we are developing a paid game and we have 3 free to play games with in-app purchases and ad monetization. In the future, after testing our engagement control system we can release our API with subscription model.

What steps have you taken to validate the market?
The marketing team continuously does market research to identify trends, future trends, and different opportunities the studio can take. From this process, the team always has a list of high potential games to develop.
The lifecycle of a product starts from brainstorming and discussion sessions marketing and development teams hold. When they find a feasible and marketable game, the development team starts to develop a prototype to test for marketability by running ad campaigns and measuring it.

Each game has a competitor and our main competitor for the latest game we have published is Word Collect. Mobile game studios are the main competitor.
Who are your competitors and how are you different?
They create static games that are balanced manually, while we are developing an engagement control system that can help us to create a unique experience for each player. Besides, creativity is very important for us and is deep inside every part of the team, we hope this will help us provide players with brand new games and gameplays.
What progress have you made in the last six months?
We have been developing our new products and acquiring users for our active mobile game in the last six months. Now we have 3 prototypes and a polished word game that is ready to launch in the global market.
We have been also developing parts of our engagement control system and testing them on our live game.
