Jurnal.Id has a excellent product features because of the big company behind. Personally, the business owner feel as a customer perspective. Not a partnet who can help their business strategy, provide SOP for operational purpose etc. If the company need the feature their will pay the features. The pricing models is licensing fee with limitation modules options.
This is the differentiation point for Neraca.Id that give some free business services. And Neraca.Id give all the features.
Who are your competitors and how are you different?
they are a big company behind. My differentiation is give ALL FEATURE solution without limitation, despite of user access session limitation. Software just a tool. I help my partner to solve their problem by business model generation, give coaching to get business process standard, SOP, etc. And using this pattern, i got 2 first customers easily. and word of mouth will be my main strategy... recruit a young talent in every city, give them role and get revenue as local partner
What progress have you made in the last six months?
just developing more functionalities... add some operational modules. just give service for limited users.
