These companies operate in two separate markets in performance management and employee engagement. In UpUpApp we are combining these two markets into one platform, enabling managers to track performance and reward employees at the same time.

Startup traction

We conducted a survey to more than 2,000 managers in Vietnam on their level of engagement and more than 400 companies registered in our pre-beta to try out the app.

Out of the 400, we continued the discussion with companies with more than 500 employees. There are 42 of them in total and have a back-log of users totaling to 32,000.

All these are primarily on our premium version. We expect to scale users by quantity in the coming months as we launch the public version of the app.

We are open in discussing royalty rights in this round of investment.
