Describe the problem you are solving
In a report published by the United Nations (UN, 2016), 21,000 people (mostly children) die everyday from lack of access to food. That clearly implies that food is not the root cause of these deaths but a lack of access. It further indicates that the amount of food being produced can feed the world population but due to poor distribution and unequal access, many people are dying or suffering while many others who have excess are willing and able to donate food.
How are your customers solving that problem today?
Many of them simply wait at home for humanitarian organizations to bring donations to them, failure to which they just suffer hunger. This affects growth and development especially for children since they are the most affected by this problem. Most children affected cannot concentrate in their studies because of hunger.Most of the parents go and beg in streets in the evening with their children. Quite a number of the children end up becoming street kids while many girls exchange sex food.

How do you plan to acquire customers?
We are planning to do a massive advertisement over the social and mainstream media. We will carry out activation and pitch/demos to different targeted prospective clients.

Advertising through the mobile apps, Subscription charges for an organization to be allowed to transact through our app.

We have done Market Validation through a series of research. This is through the interviews that we have done on the targeted users. We have also interviewed the organizations we believe would be potential partners to understand their perception of the solutions. The response was very encouraging. Many of the people we interviewed perceived that the solutions would radically change the way things are done. many are willing to use the solutions/

What progress have you made in the last six months?
We have done more research on the perception of the users on some of our solutions especially the FoodSaver Mobile Application. This has helped us make changes and do updates that will make the solution easy to use and more relevant. We have also made it easy for the applications to run on other platforms like iOS from apple so that it can be used by as many people as possible. This will help us increase the target groups.

It is still at it's young stage, but we project that it will grow at 10% p.a . for the first 2 years ,then increase rapidly after that as we get many people and organizations to subscribe and use our solutions.
Describe traction
Over 100 people have so far downloaded our trial version which we have released in select countries for test. Their compliments and comments are very encouraging and therefore we are very sure that when we release a stable version, it will go viral.
